It's a daily charge. You can drive in and out of the zone as many times as you like, for one payment.
For cars, vans and taxis that don't meet the standards. It's £100 a day for HGVs, buses and coaches.
Plus the daily charge if you don't pay. It's reduced to £60 plus the charge if you pay within 14 days.
Motorcycles and vehicles that meet the standards don't pay. For other exemptions, apply on the Bristol council website.
Air pollution contributes to around 300 deaths a year in Bristol. Children, older people and people with heart, breathing or other health conditions are most at risk.
Bristol is a Class D zone. That means buses, coaches, taxis, private hire vehicles, HGVs, vans, minibuses and cars are all included. Motorcycles don't pay.

If you’ve paid for the wrong day, unfortunately we aren’t able to offer you a refund. Caura doesn’t take any of the money for your payment and once it’s made, it goes straight to the end provider. We’re unable to recover funds so we aren’t able to offer a refund.
